How Wearlets Started
Wearlets began in Sialkot, Pakistan — a region with a long-standing reputation in sportswear and textile manufacturing — as a custom clothing manufacturer with a straightforward goal: give growing apparel brands access to factory-direct manufacturing without factory-direct minimums. Since 2004, that focus has shaped everything about how we operate.
What started as a small operation has grown into a full-service manufacturing partner, now producing hoodies, t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, tracksuits, varsity jackets, team uniforms, and headwear for over 500 brands, with a primary focus on clients across the United States and Europe. Along the way, our focus has stayed the same: consistent quality, honest communication, and manufacturing processes that hold up at both small and large volumes.

Design Consultation
We review your design, reference images, or tech pack, and advise on fabric, fit, and decoration method (screen printing, sublimation, DTF, or embroidery) based on your product and budget.
Fabric Sourcing & Selection
We select fabric weight (GSM) and composition matched to your product — performance blends for activewear, ringspun cotton or French terry for streetwear, technical shells for outerwear.
Pattern-Making & Sampling
A physical sample is produced for your approval before bulk production begins, so fit, fabric, and print/embroidery placement are confirmed upfront.
Cutting & Production
Once your sample is approved, bulk cutting and sewing begins under consistent quality checkpoints at each stage of assembly.
Printing, Embroidery & Finishing
Decoration is applied using the method matched to your design, followed by finishing details — trims, labels, and packaging prep.
Quality Control Inspection
Every unit is inspected for stitching integrity, print/embroidery accuracy, sizing consistency, and fabric defects before packaging.
Packaging & Global Shipping
Finished goods are packaged to your specification and shipped internationally, with export documentation handled for the USA and Europe, including the UK and the Netherlands.
